The UN obviously. The same body that has Saudi Arabia and China on it's Human Rights Council. A more corrupt and evil organisation there never was.

But the point still stands, the UN is a thoroughly evil and problematic organisation.

The U.N. isn't evil; Some of the countries that try and get on the human rights committee are evil but the U.N. isn't evil.

So the UN is a tool in the hands of the evil, which comes to the exact same thing. Luckily it is more or less useless, as ninwa said, but if it were to gain some power it would be a disaster.
