Exam 3
Section 1 - 30/44 (87th percentile)
Section 2 - 25/40 (53rd percentile)  fml, family were making so much damn noise!
Section 3 - 25/38 (84th percentile)

question 5 from section 3 on this paper can go f**k itself.  anyone who can do this question, you are a genius, and i would like to be the first to congratulate you in getting into your med degree haha.

ey stonecold

i just did s1 and s2 of exam 3

1 29/44 82 percentile
2 22/40 0-20 percentile, i fail this section but you just got 3 more than me but 53rd percentile..weird

anyway wondering if you or anyone else knows how to get around the no control button on the LMS i really wont to print a few out to make it as similar to the real thing, i remember some people posting them on VN some time ago.

stonecold.. you're owning it man lol.. I'm damn jealous :P

lol hardly.  i wish there was more time (only 4 weeks now) and no school/SAC's to worry about. :P
i need to get way more consistent, and learn to work as efficiently as possible.

just keep practising.  it actually helps.  the umat people are dog.  they say prep courses are a waste of time, which is a dirty lie!

Dont worry, Ive yielded worse results on one occasion..
Im still not imporving section 1 (~70%) but im good with the other sections 85 - 90 + usually.

Exam 5
Section 1 - 27/44 (45th percentile)
Section 2 - 29/40 (65th percentile)
Section 3 - 24/38 (73rd percentile)

This is getting utterly depressing.

Might take a few days off, and just read through what I've done so far and do some more drills...

Also, I think if you can get up to 75% of the section questions correct, then that would surely put you 95+ percentile?
Despite what MedEntry says, I seriously can't see 35% of students getting 30 or more questions right on S2 for instance, as they say on this exam.  I remember the dude at the lecture say that 32/40 was like 100%ile.  Am I imagining things, or did he say this at other peoples lectures too?

And another thing, there always seems to be one question with several parts in S2 or S3 S1 or S2 that absolutely destroys me.  I get virtually all the parts wrong, and then that kills what otherwise looked like maybe being a promising result.

Other people please share your results and thoughts.

Also, I do these exams by following the time as closely as possible.  I've gone over by five or ten minutes on a few occasions, but most of the time I really push and make sure I adhere to the time constraints.

@vexx

meh, it's not like its helping or anything...  i'm probably wasting my time.  and i've done jack in terms of vce since the june exams.

@boots

yeah, first couple i didn't do them all at once, but the last 3 I did all in one go.  it takes so much time.  you need at least 5 hours by the time you do it, and then go through it to see where and why you stuffed up.

it probably ishelping in someway, are you getting faster? possibly learning a few tricks that'll help in the exam perhaps..
but yes that is my fear, that studying and doing exams is a waste of time, but im hoping to remove this thought and study anyway since i'm sure its better then nothing.

Exam 7
Section 1 - 24/44 (0-20th percentile) < probably not the best idea to start an exam at 8.30pm.  did the rest the next day.
Section 2 - 30/40 (94th percentile)
Section 3 - 30/38 (98th percentile)

abosoltely mortified at my S1 performance :(

Most of mine at 0-20 percentile :( except for some random 40ish %.... I dont like doing it on computer, I did better at the medentry workshop one. I got 100% for section 1 70ish for section 2 and 80ish for section 3. I dont know why the ones I do online are so much worse.
