I have extreme difficulties when reflecting on career choices and the like. Here's my criteria, notice how it's very unrealistic.

1. Job security
2. Travel
3. $75k+
4. Interesting (would rather not a desk job)
5. Contact with people
6. Early retirement
7. Good super

So yeah, any ideas? Everyone tells me diplomacy but I'd rather not.

pretty good job security, you (can) travel regularly to conferences around the world, you can make upwards of 75k, it obviously has contact with people and has the best super contribution from memory.

interesting only if you like the field you work in and you're encouraged to work well beyond retirement age (but it's not "hard" work like labour or anything)

1. Job Security depends on your voters and your team
2. Get to travel alot
3. Im pretty sure u earn $75k+ from tax payers money
4. It is pretty  interesting ( not raelly at the desk but soemtimes 50/50)
5. Contact with people (yep u sure do but u forget them after u become prime minister)
6. Sure just ask K Rudd
7. Dont know about Super but im sure u can leech some off the government
