It's been good except that when I come home and I know I have stuff to do, I just don't. Can't bring myself to be productive after 4 months of holidaying

Things are going well. I never thought I'd say this but I am sick to death of introduction and all that stuff. I actually want to start the work haha. But yeah, afew lectures have been good whilst others a little dull, but I'm sure they'll pick up next week when we actually begin the courses.

I've met nobody, and the most enjoyable subject so far is the one that doesn't even come from my faculty. Everybody seems to have formed their own little groups, and people are ruder than what I imagined (seriously dude, move your foot ).

Also, venue changes at the last minute = not cool. I was walking to the bus stop by the time you sent that email.

I thought it was quite goood. Managed to meet many of my old friends, as well as people from Year 12. I thought the first lectures were rather dry and boring. Also, there aren't tutes in first week which makes things even more boring zZzzZzzZz......... Anyway, Ive been trying to settle in and get used to the 'new way' of learning stuff...

wow most of you sound depressed... well i guess its really different...but you'll get used to it... hmmm champorado just try talking to the person next to you and maybe you'll find ppl to hang out with like i did lol.

I'll try tomorrow. They made us do it in accounting. She was going on about how she spent a year off and learnt spanish in south america or something. When she didn't have to talk to me, she talked to her friend about how incompetent the micro lecturer was. It was so weird, they were male and female, but they both had the same quality of apathy and disdain in their voices.

I've met a fair few people, but I can really only see 3 of them becoming actual friends. I've only had one tute though so I'm hoping there's more fun people

I really like uni. My lecturers are all so passionate, it makes me want to learn MORREEEE. Long breaks in between subjects make me sad though. Loitering around alone = not fun.

Getting lost because Redmond Barry looks like Redmond Cherry/Perry? which looks like the other 93420 Redmond sound/lookalikes around the campus also makes me sad.

I cbf studying yet = massive lag in terms of course work. Everyone else seems to be on top of their work though, participating in seminars and all that. It's like Year 12 all over again besides the 4 day weekend.  8-)

it's not too late to change subjects yet (I think) - go to the arts office in the menzies building and ask about it

I just did it online. I ended up changing out of European Studies to Spanish (what I was originally going to do)
My new timetable is annoying though lol
o well, can't win em all
