Help getting around UoM!!!!

So I had to get from Redmond Barry (Bio tute) to Copland theatre (Chem lecture) this morning. We were supposed to be released at 9.55am, but he let us out at 10am instead. My next lecture was at Copland theatre and so had to run all the way there. Path I took:

Whats the quickest way to get there? Someone said to go through the Arts building, but how? Took me like 10 minutes to run, with all the douchebags walking so slowly, and was so packed.... Grrrrr.... And when I finally got there all the seats were taken up, and people already sitting on the steps and I had to stand to take notes  :tickedoff:

Any advice? I should get one of those mini cars they use for collecting garbage.....

Yeah, you can go through Old Arts for that route, but I honestly can't see it cutting much more than a minute off your trip. I'll do my best to describe using that map.

On that map, where it is written Old Arts you will see two black arrows to both the right and left. These are the doors, and you can go straight through those. So when you're running alongside Union House, turn LEFT when you get to Old Physics and go through that little courtyard and directly through Old Arts.

Like I said, probably won't cut alot off your trip but worth knowing I guess. Hopefully you understand what I'm trying to say.

Doubt it'd cut that much off, but less lines. :) I made a note to myself today (will post my route later for context): Get a bike.

Using calculus, you'll find that the fastest way from point A to B is a straight line. Roundhouse down any walls, signage, vehicles, pedestrians and trees you encounter on the way and you'll be fine...

...if you were Chuck Norris.

Waiting for lights. Waiting for people. Waiting for elevators. Lots of waiting. Lots of dodging involved when trying to walk through a crowd of people, too. Sometimes I forget that I've got a bag full of books with me and will whack random people. Need to work on that.

edit: no law subjects. just what i get for being a commerce student. :)

Law-Redmond Barry? That's crazy. I've changed my timetable (again), so now I don't have to run from ICT to Asia (the red line goes that route 'cos the lights are there, lol). It means I won't have to go to the Redmond Barry lecture, but I'll make a note of it, in case I cbb going to the one in the Asia Centre. I'll have to try out that Spot-Babel one next week, too.
