i play! as u said, it too is my getaway during this stressful year addicting hobbies aka gaming....

me and my mate jam at times, but he's drifted off abit to lala land and i dont catch up with him that often.
im keen to get into a band! or just to have jams.

i did AMEB up to contemp grade 2 but stopped after that -> after the basics the rest is rly teach urself, "groom-the-donkey" sort of stuff.

i love putting master of puppets on my sound system and pumpin my blackstar ht 40 when noones home :D:D hehe

also loooooove MK to death (mark knopler), as well as pink floyd, rageatm, guns n roses.....

SAME! Learning Tommy's version was by far my most epic guitar moment. By far my favourite guitar song.

Last song I was trying to learn was Hana by Masaaki Kishibe :3

I really should practice more after this year is over xD

Some songs I like:

My Boss RC 20-XL pedal just arrived today, woo. Looping fun times!
Hmmm. I'm thinking of getting an RC 50 (especially seeing as the exchange rate is so good right now). I need something with stereo in/outs.

Anyone watch 'Riff Of The Week' by Dave Weiner? The old ones are much better than the ones he's been uploading recently

Also recommend his two CDs (instrumental guitar but doesn't sound like he's just jamming over a backing track or showing off technique)
