Meh. This isn't the most uncommon thing to happen.

But Xbox does have every right to ban them as their conditions specifically state that offensive stuff are not permitted.

saying that, i used a penis as my emblem, only for the soul purpose of players face palming themselves after getting killed by a "penis" and constantly coming in top 3 =P

I agree with this position. It is a hate symbol and its use vile disrespect to those who suffered under the nazis.

Those who treat the issue so flippantly should seriously reconsider their position

I don't see a moral issue with shooters - if one maintains a clear distinction between the real world and the game, there are no adverse side effects.  

There is a huge difference between virtual killings and the many people killed and oppressed by the nazis. Suggesting that their villainy is comparable is disgusting.

The amount of semantic change the swastika has had over the passed 80 years is incredible. It's gone from being a symbol of fortune to one of evil, from evil to being plain stupid.
