So what, maybe they'll grow old together. Most likely they'll get divorced in 6 months, which happens to the majority of married couples anyway so big whoop

Depends on your definition of stupid :P

I think you can get married at 16 if you have a child and some other family factor? I remember reading something along the lines of that once haha.
