Ever since Optus (it was actually Virgin, same company though) disconnected my 3G home internet one day for no reason, I have pledged to never go back.

But the $64.94 deal for Line rental, $30 calls + 120GB Broadband looks very tasty!

Webpages such as VN take like 5 minutes to load, and 5 minute youtube videos, I kid you not, take half an hour.

Just wondering if it's only me. And does anyone know why?

No but at around 6 I experienced major lag/delay (so did my brothers) and I blame optus for handing out 1TB plans which their lines can't handle. There's no limit to when people download now its gonna kill us all

All good on my end.  My plan wasn't eligible for an upgrade but in terms of speed, it's the same as usual.
