Why didn't you guys just drive to and from school every day? I racked up 600+ hours in 2 years easily. After the first 50, the supervising driver can just sleep in the car.

Just out of curiosity, how many hours have all you "L" platers done? I've had my license for more than a year but only done about 30 hours. It's kinda sad :(

I have around 8 months to go and I'm almost on 104 hours. Once tutoring and school starts, it'll pick up again.

That's an average of over 50 minutes a day. You must have racked up a hell of KM's on the odometer.

The trick is to do short distance trips in hard traffic. Easy on the logbook and your car retains value :D

Just wondering what do they look for in the log book to see if you forged it?

I just got my P's a week ago.
Here's what happened with the log book:
1) She scrupulously examined the contact details of every single supervising driver
2) She tried to find their corresponding details in the log
3) She got out a big, fat, juicy yellow highlighter
4) She ran it across every single page so that the log book would not be reused.

Other than that, she hardly gave anything else a glance. As if she took a leap of blind faith that everything in there was correct.
