How can it be possible to fall for this?

That one looks fake as soon as you look at it with the extra space and the capital a in the 'Name part'.
The people that for fall them tend to go on impulse one would assume and not think twice since money or goods is involved. Do the Nigerian ones still do the rounds? I haven't heard from anyone receiving one in a while.

Yep, got one last week.

I also got one in Chinese the other day:

要想人不知，除非己莫为。立即邮5万元至XX银行XXXXXX帐号.

Which translates to "The only way to keep it secret is if you didn't commit it in the first place. Immediately transfer $50,000 to XX Bank account no. XXXXXXX". Considering how much scam/dodgy shit is going on in China, that would be quite a successful scam too

I've been getting lots from 'The UK National Lottery'. They go to the effort of putting a different person's name in the name field each time so I haven't blocked them yet.

I don't get any spam because I don't post my proper email address anywhere I use a different one for forums, accounts anything that isn't super serial.
