Im fairly sure it's a flaw question, just in case though:

Though I don't like the question, there isn't too much fundamentally wrong with their answer?
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

Yes, but coudln't you just as easily say it was A or C? And the explanation would be: "Black ovals [DIAMONDS] have arrows pointing up and left or up and down" ?

Yes that's what I thought at first, but given that there is an instance i which the upward arrow has occurred once, it would make it odd that a black diamond would also have an upward arrow.

Wheras the downward point arrow is unique.

I really don't like this question, but the last option is the most justifiable.
