Hahaha... don't know where this goes.
Placing all the troubles of vce aside for a moment... Having a very difficult time finding a place for a birthday dinner booking, do anyone happen to know any nice places for dinner around the CBD?

I like Oriental Teahouse but that's not really that formal if it's an 18th or something.

I try not to eat in the CBD, too expensive, but there are plenty of places on the edges, like Carlton etc.
