Not as bad as having your planned chem tute from the handbook not even showing up and messing your whole "dream" timetable......not that it happened to me....*still salty*

OMG this happened to me and my friend. We both had our timetables perfectly planned out last night, and once we logged in we found out a three hour chemistry practical ''disappeared'' but it clearly said on the handbook that there would be that time slot.

So I had to rearrange a bit and now I have one clash.

Why do they do this to us haha

IKR! Hopefully it appears on the 22/7. Also the intro to micro timetabling was messed up. It had you select a stream then you were enrolled into 6 lectures (only meant to have 2) then an hour later they took 4 away and I had a clash with my marketing tute. Now I have to wait for 22/7 to change my chem and marketing tutes to a more suitable time. Hope you and your friend are satisfied with the rest of your timetable and that other people had better luck

Ahh that sucks! The timetabling is so messy! They should really fix it up or at least let us know a day before if there are any problems like this.

You too man best of luck!

PMs have been disabled since like last week. Ned Nerb said it's because of the switch to the servers but I have no idea when it'll be done.

hey just want to ask you guys something. have any of you done part time job like waiters or worked in stores like boost/M/KFC before? when you applied for the jobs, do you have to submit your resume?
cus i'm trying to get my first job these days. i never worked before, so i dont have work experience to write on the resume. i guess if i have to, i would just write down some basic information about me, like DOB/address/academic certificate ect. would it be enough?
i dont need to mention what clubs i joined or whether i go to gym or not, right? (in some volunteer applications they might ask you to write stuffs like these.)
so i get a little be confused here... ???

:(

Because it extends into semester 2 it effectively means you are overloading. Need to head to your student centre to ask them to waive the overloading to enroll you.

http://ask.unimelb.edu.au/app/answers/detail/a_id/6038 use the enrollment variation form :)

Online form requires results for semester 1 to be out, but I think the subject Jawnle is interested in starts prior to then. Might either need to not enroll and just turn up to classes until you can get it sorted online, or go in person and try to convince them that you can do it.

It says that if you want to apply you'll have to wait til sem 1 results are out first? or am I reading the wrong thing? :/

Anyone know what the go is with the CVEN30010 Systems Modelling and Design classes? 5 hours of lectures and like 5 hours of workshops each week? Or do I have that wrong? So confusing

Does anyone here have experience with student exchange, or exchange applications, particularly for Biomed? A bit confused, as the Student Centre website has a document of second year subject equivalents at the partner institution. Does that mean I can only apply for universities from that list? Pr can I pick other universities with Biomedical Science available as a discipline, and then from there seek approval for specific subjects to fulfil prereqs?
Pls do not send me a pm about Aspire applications. The process has vastly changed since I applied.
