Has any one taken GEO20001?

I'm looking for a summer subject and have never studied geology before. A 6 day excursion sounds fun, right??

2 of my mates and I have taken this subject. Only one of us has taken a geology subject but he said that all the staff are really nice and help you with the worksheets that we need to complete during the day. I have the camp outline that was emailed if you would like it

The pain of finding out that you got 89.495 for a subject and it scaled down to an 89 is it possible to scale it to a 90? I'm happy with that mark but that 90 is tempting!

Contacting the lecturer to ask if they can make it available to you is about it, unless you know someone doing the subject now etc.

I'm feeling sick in guts,  still waiting for my optometry offers to come out on the 18th december and I'm graduating on the 17th december, knowing that I won't know what I'm doing then and that many of my friends know that they are doing med next year  . not sure if my gemsas weighted wam of 75.75 and gamsat score of 59, for a CSP place. I've been quite stressed out about everything!

My WAM was 81.125 and gamsat of 54 so you're in a similar ballpark but with a higher Gamsat. Hang in there, I was in the same place as you last year, just try and relax and enjoy your holidays for now. Hope to see you there next year.

How did you find out your exact score?

The lecturer posts up exact scores for all the assessments. Not sure if its worth asking them about it. I'll probably just leave it there, it'll probably have a really insignificant effect on the WAM anyway lol.

damn. now that I've seen the slides from anat/phys I'm really excited and wish I could become a doctor again (why be a psychologist when you can be a psychiatrist?). Should've kept chem up but then again I'd never get the marks haha
