So there's going to be a biomed camp for first years from feb 26-28 and im still contemplating whether or not I should go.
Mainly worried that when we get back on the 28, I would still be on 'holiady camp mode' and will have insufficient time to prepare my mind (as well as anus) for university.

nope - not essential. i didn't even have one and i still managed to find my way around campus.
