ye pls do a qm2 review, im tossing up between that and introductory ecom next sem... whichever has the least calculus is the one ill do LOL

Doing intro econometrics this semester and there isn't that much calculus. The most I've had to do is maybe derive and find the maxima of a quadratic. Most of the maths is algebra with logs and exponentials. Keep in mind though that I'm doing science so I have no idea how intro econometrics is like relative to other commerce subjects, I'm just doin this for breadth.

For my timetable next year, as long as I fulfill my 3rd year pre-req subjects for my major, I'm free to do any (and as much as my timetable will allow) other science subject that's not related to my major correct?

Can confirm there really isn't much calculus in Intro Econometrics. As a comparison, there's considerably more calculus in Intermediate Micro than in Metrics, for instance.

chinese 2 is double the workload of Chinese 1 and Chinese 3 is double Chinese 2(imo), if you aren't a background/native/vce/self taught speaker, tread with caution

I thought it was interesting and would recommend it if you're like me and abhor essay writing in your breadths. :P

You'll probably like it if you enjoyed intro stats and are comfortable with year 11 maths. You also don't really need to know any micro/macroeconomics to understand what's going on, so that's a bonus too.

I've just added a review on the subjects review page for Street Art. Check it out, it's a great subject! Quite accessible to do well in to be honest.

How can I change my subjects that I enrolled for in the beginning of the year? I want to make a couple of changes but I don't see any method to remove subjects (only add). Sincerely hoping it isn't too late! Ugh

Finally over! Had a rough last exam but glad to get a break for a while. Good luck to those who who have exams remaining, long exam periods are tough but you'll pull through!  :)
