How do you apply for such positions?

I got sent an email from the Engineering Learning Unit because I subscribed to their Careers stuff I think.

Anyone have any idea what kind of average would be necessary to get accepted to Kings College on exchange? Do they look at your overall average, or just your average for the most recent semester?

Overall average. If you go on the Melbourne Global site, and click on the UK, it'll tell you the minimum GPA needed last semester to get admission. I wouldn't be surprised if it's an 80+ requirement.

Nah but I hadn't had my meeting yet so I didn't want him to announce it to everyone...kind of still wouldn't want him to announce it to everyone haha.

Hey guys, I got a few questions and I can't wait for the 3+ day reply from uni, so throwing them in here too.

1. Are the lectures for MUSI20150: Music and Health recorded?

2. If I remain waitlisted for a lecture time slot in a subject even near the semester starts, what will happen? Will I simply be removed from the time slot but remain enrolled in the subject, or withdrawn from the subject entirely? (Esp for subjects only composed of one or two lectures)

2. I think they will just put you into a different time slot if one is available. If its only one lecture then they would just add you to the list. I highly doubt they will withdraw you from that subject. But if it's a breadth, and I know someone to whom this has happened before, they will ask you to consider doing another breadth for that particular semester. This happens very rarely.
