Haha yeah I think you should take Environmental Chemistry in third year you goose.  I took Biochem in third year and it's good - kind of gives you a break from the third year subjects by taking an 'easier' (or so it seems by that point) second year subject.

I know it's really hard to cut stuff out, trust me!  But once you start to narrow down your decisions and remove unnecessary subjects you begin to feel more comfortable.

And sorry if I sounded condescending!  I just wanted to make sure that you knew overloading wouldn't allow you to take more subjects because a lot of people don't know that and end up overloading only to have it ruin their study plan!  So I just wanted to make sure you didn't make any grave mistakes :D

I just wanted to make sure that you knew overloading wouldn't allow you to take more subjects because a lot of people don't know that and end up overloading only to have it ruin their study plan!

I totally didn't know this until recently and I nearly did totally mess up my study plan.  It's not made all that clear.  Who would have thought you'd be 'punished' if you wanted to take MORE subjects!  But it makes sense when its explained.

Of course, the uni will happily let you pay ~3000 dollars for every additional subject you take (also not officially credited to your degree). Yaaaaay!

Made us wait for 9 weeks.. they could have at least given us a longer break  ::) The one week is barely enough for me to catch up on everything let alone take a "break" from uni work. Happy it's here before my Path and Phys midsems though.

On the plus side, it's a week of being able to catch up and do assignments without getting more work piled up!
My aims are to do my 12.5% assignment, write my German oral dialogue and practice all my vocabulary from the year, and get through all of the organic and quantum chem revision for the semester. Hopefully I have the motivation to get it all done >.>

I told myself I'd turn the page and keep taking notes, but then suddenly margins became VERY interesting.
