How sweet. Sadly I rarely go to AN meets, I'm a bit too old to be creeping on high school students any more :(

I'm in the same boat.  You guys here on AN are awesome but you also make me feel old and wrinkly ;-)

@Russ I understand that you and I are decrepit compared to their nubile meatsuits, but I think university students may have outweighed high school students at the last meet! Possibly as only those who have been hunched over their keyboard at AN for years are motivated/invested enough to make the transition from virtual reality to physical reality.

@Nicola We are in the same generation I believe; I'm 21 years old. Take off your bunny slippers, turn off Wheel of Fortune, get out your nanna trolley and play bingo with us in January  >:( Turtle, back me up here!

You got me, I spend my days watching re-runs of Wheel of Fortune on VHS… oh, the shame!

What a pity Physiology doesn't have tutes, we could have registered for the same one haha.  Are you game for the 8am lecture slot?

Hey out of interest, what were you doing between high school and starting the B-SCI?  I know you transferred from another uni but that was quite recent.

Today is your lucky day, there are a stack of free VHS tapes in front of the co-op bookstore! It might have been easier than visiting a landfill. And German books, if Levi's interested.

Am I 'game for the 8 AM lecture slot'. AM I GAME FOR THE 8 AM LECTURE SLOT.

I was an inpatient for awhile and worked in between that, which offered time to decide what I wanted to do. Before this year I hadn't contemplated any occupation other than an author. A teacher picked all my VCE subjects, which is why I entered a BBiomed without having tried VCE Biology, bahaa. That was interesting.

just a quick question, at the end of an undergraduate degree do you guys generally just apply for many post grads and see which ones you get accepted into before making a decision or how does it work? thanks

Yep you can apply for multiple your offers won't all come at the same time though and I think it was said relatively recently by Russ (?) that you can't hold multiple offers for long.
