Definitely appreciate that alan but didn't find much (except for this shady website... A $135 for $25? http://www.fishpond.com.au/product_info.php?ref=261&id=9780729532242&affiliate_banner_id=1 lol)

Might as well fork out the money and pay for peace of mind, $255 for just three books though holy lol

haha ah well, sometimes it's a bit hit-and-miss. Who are the authors? I'll have a good look around the web for you if you like

edit: also, which edition are you after?

It's all good, I've been looking around myself as well. I've my Finance book on ebay where after including shipping, it's only $20 less than the campus' prices (it's shipped from Malaysia though). I don't mind paying the extra $20 for peace of mind, plus I don't even have an ebay account.

And the uni shop offers a pack for my microeconomics books anyway, so I guess it's still a decent deal if I buy it from the uni shop

Definitely appreciated though alon, thanks man (bookmarked that page too!)

No worries! Hope you find the book useful (and if you don't, don't worry --> you can always offload them to another eager Jaffy :P )

hey..is anyone happening to be doing DASC20012 Comparative Nutrition and Digestion? ..There's like nothing on the lms for that subject :( no announcements, no subject info and that.. so i'm wondering if my classes start this week.. D: Don't want to show up at 8am and find out there is no class .. ahhaha
I have the same situation for another subject, which supposedly has a lecture tomorrow according to my timetable. Not an encouraging sign for the quality of the subject...  :P

anyone know how your gpa for student exchange is calculated, is it just all your scores added together then divided by the number of subjects or do they get weighed as well, i also heard your worst new subjects in your first 200 points dosnt count but i think this is for graduate entry, also what happens when you fail a subject and are repeating it again, i failed one last semester and am doing it again this semester, how would this affected my gpa for both student exchange and graduate entry, thanks everyone for any help !

I'm so glad I went considering she couldn't deduce how to record the lecture, rofl. The content was interesting. I was surprised that ~95% of the students seemed to be in the Bachelor of Agriculture though.

The user simpak is amazing for this, it took me like 3 months to realize the SSC and I know nothing about GPAs ever

Friends I have a question.
I need to supply a referee for my UROP application, presumably an academic from my science course not my previous arts course.
I didn't actually 'get to know' any of my lecturers or tutors on any sort of level where they would even know my name, so I'm not sure what to do about this?  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Kind of random to ask for a reference from someone who literally only knows what grade I got for the subject of theirs that I took last year.
