I took a gander at the O-Week lecture slides on the LMS (for Bio), and apparently the pracs and tutes are every second week (roughly, some groups have one or two shunted to other weeks), and the workshops are on the weeks without pracs or tutes. Still no idea what they are :V

No. In the first lecture you will be told which books are recommended (if any), and for lots of subjects there are posts on these forums about whether the textbooks are useful (e.g. the subject review thread).

Anyone doing CHEM20018 Reactions and Synthesis? I have found 3 or so people studying it, so get around us for study sessions unless you want to teach yourself pchem
