It's not just you, everyone is complaining about it!  It keeps disconnecting everyone, I'm not sure what's up with it but at least you know it's not your iPad specifically?
When I used my iPad before I went away (at Uni) it would fail when I tried to use some apps but I'm not sure if that's still going on.

Offtopic from the current one, but does anyone know if the material from adsls (but not in lectures) in anatomy (principles of human structure) is assessible?

For us two years ago the material was assessable, mainly those worksheets you'd do for them. The exam took quite a few pictures from the adsl worksheets actually

Wish they'd tell us this in the actual lectures. Not looking forward to the mid semester test tomorrow in that case.

Do we have to download lecture powerpoints and save them or will they always be available on the LMS?

Until you get a grade for your subject entered you will always be able to access them.

1. I live close to the uni and my hot water system blew up. Is there anywhere at uni I can shower?

Union House, Chemistry building (note I haven't showered at university before so I'm not too sure about it).
Oh and maybe the gym if you are allowed/have membership etc.

Yeah I've had a shower in the union house basement toilets once or twice
Since the SSAF is compulsory, I'm pretty sure all students are allowed to use it
