Only 2 hours behind, probably because I have few contact hours and that I have less pracs this semester.

YUP CONSISTENTLY.  Because that's my way of revising if I haven't done that I haven't looked at my notes since I left class.  I'm mostly concerned because I have a midsem, an oral presentation and a prac report thing coming up next week ;_; and of course the midsem break is like, nowhere near midsemester.  What a terrible opportunity to catch up on work once again.

If a question about inheritance of sex-linked traits is asked and it's not stated whether a sibling, parent etc. has the trait (no pedigree is given either) do I assume that they don't have it? Dawn's problem sets sort of don't make sense otherwise (unless I'm missing something important). Like, this question is asking about a mother whose brother has DMD, but says nothing about her or her parents (and there's no fully conclusive way of telling whether she's XdXd or not, so I've assumed she doesn't have the trait and only listed her as being possibly XDXD or XDXd), so can I assume the mother isn't carrying the trait?

NEVER MIND, Dawn set a question about something two lectures before it was covered (and I'm going sequentially) so I was missing knowledge of DMD and how it worked. Great organisational skills :v

If Vicki Lawson is in charge of that, then you shouldn't have too many like this. For our exam for Molecular and Cellular Biomedicine, her questions were mostly words only.

I can't guarantee it for your situation assuming she is in charge.

Edit:
We had pathology for about 2 weeks or so, so maybe we hadn't covered up to the material that could have been more diagram type questions. We went through the basics, then inflammation, hypersensitivities, autoimmune diseases, healing/repair to cancers and stopped there.

Anddd it's week 5.

What is on the agenda you ask?

* Revise weekly lectures
* Weekly CAL for physiology
* Mid semester tests X2 weeks 6/7
* Genetics assignment week 5
* Breadth 500 w assignment week 6
* weekly breadth blog * 2 week 5/6
* Readings for breadth
* Research-based physiology drafts due week 6
* Research based physiology 2x prac write ups due this wednesday and next week
* Genetics tutorial work

Yup this will be a fun week. Looks like I might have some spare time to do some research for my major research projects due end of semester. -_-

Considering the fact that she had to squeeze in the possibly the whole content's stuff into a handful of weeks for you guys, I'm not too sure.

And I'll go to sleep, see you all tmrw at 12! And break a leg.
