what makes it worse was the fact that most of the formula sheet was useless because he didn't ask any questions that required it which all previous exams had. Exam itself was very abstract but I'll be happy to write a review on this... hopefully once I find out I get a pass for this subject.

I did during the summer semester and found it quite easy. Maybe they have changed it

Does anyone know how long it takes to walk from uni to REB (and how to do it, for that matter)? :P

From the melb uni tram stop id say 10 minutes at a brisk pace

I did during the summer semester and found it quite easy. Maybe they have changed it

Content is the same but I think the 2nd semester lecturer just loves to write very difficult questions

I'd allow 15-20 if you're at royal parade. How to do it as in directions? Just straight up gratton street right to the start of the park, turn right and you should see the masses of people standing outside.

Wilson security guy comes for ID checks. Comes up to me and goes "you know what I want", followed by a sly wink.

I tend to allow 20 mins. Usually it takes around 10-12 but I'm a pretty quick walker. Just walk towards (and past) Lygon then turn right at Rathdowne until you get to the REB.

The bane of summer for me

Mm. I had one a couple of days ago and didn't actually wake up when it happened. I woke up the next morning and I thought I had been murdered or something.

"I thought I had been murdered"

So... Finance.
What just happened...

So I wasn't the only one who found that exam difficult... that makes me feel better. It was a very badly written exam. Felt like 50% of the exam was about 1 topic, which wasn't even covered well in the lectures.

Finance 1 was the worst subject I have ever done, including subjects I did in primary school and high school. It is a finance subject, which is meant to be practical not theoretical and the final exam is worth 80%... wtf?

That is it for me... never gonna do commerce subjects for breadth again. I thought finance 1 was easy but it turned out to be the worst subject ever.

Hm. You also aren't in third year?

That said I did keep having to correct myself from thinking your name was Melissa not Michelle for a little while...

Haha I checked with him, it was towards me. He just thought I was third year cause I was taking proteins.
Sad I can't do honours next year but now I'm likely going to be doing the biomed research project with him this summer. :) he was actually the supervisor I wanted too!
