I believe sub-majors are used by the education faculty to determine what areas of teaching you can study in your Masters.
http://education.unimelb.edu.au/study_with_us/become_a_teacher/secondary/secondary_learning_area_guidelines

I think it means second year subjects when it says "second year workload."

Thanks!

Also, is anyone else not having the biol10004 exam show up on their exam timetable? :S

That's REALLY good for five subjects.

That's the same day the R&M exam was on last year. Weird.

I'm surprised you remember LOL
I'm constantly behind in R&M because of clashes. This will be fun.

Other thing - I remember Trevor took ages to put up the last exam (well, he never actually put it up, one of the other lecturers had to chase him up for it.) So yeah, bug someone about it.

I was pretty worried about the R&M exam (particularly Soncini's section and Colette's section,) but at the end it wasn't too bad. The radical/pericyclic questions last year were quite a big step up though. Make sure you're actually up to date on the math in Soncini's section - he will ask about deviations.

Still, you should be fine if you prepare well.

(edit: just checked, because I literally have nothing better to do on a Friday night - it's up on the library website now, making much of the above comment irrelevant.)

Yeah we've already been told about the incident I think you're alluding to. :P

Felt really sorry for the person who shared the materials with the lot of us, because undoubtedly she did a great thing, but also felt really sorry for Robb who had to deal with all that. He did a bloody good job with it though.
