Was this an 8:30 exam? I have one in there on Tuesday and i was wondering if it takes time to warm up in the morning like the REB does? Sounds like they put the heaters on early in Wilson hall

Very warm mate, especially with the adrenaline rush of the exams your body (well, mine anyway LOL) gets warmed up real quick.

I was wondering when they were finally going to do this....yay! I wonder what made them implement this policy

Probably the dawning of common sense that it can be pretty difficult to leave certain items behind at home and forcing students to keep them outside without protection at their own risk.

And also for first year science students, we have our chemistry exam in the morning (8;30 am) and then our biology exam 5pm. So we obviously have to bring lots of food, etc to survive the whole day.

I thought the rule was so stupid and ridiculous when I read it at first, what's so bad about putting our bag under our desk?

Currently: Physiotherapist working at a musculoskeletal clinic. Back pain, sore neck, headaches or any other pain limiting your study? Give me a PM (although please do see your personal health professional first!)

Any questions related to pathways towards studying dentistry or physiotherapy? Gimmi a PM!

Easier to cheat I guess. But that's what exam invigilators are for, so provided there's enough of them and they're all doing their job it shouldn't be an issue.

I know someone that got their wallet stolen from the storage containers last year and it only had like $20 in it.

Fucking animals.

Don't see why they couldn't just let us put our bags at the side/middle of the hall like they did in GAMSAT etc. How is squishing hundreds of students through the storage containers a better option?

They have a 5pm slot for a 3hr exam? Jesus... I would die.

Has anyone ever complained about an exam to the uni? I sat FOOD20003 today and the MC section had terrible grammar. For example something like this "calcitonin cause higher calcium responded" again and again from one particular lecturer's questions. I felt like I was going crazy trying to decipher what each MC option meant! Everyone that sat it definitely noticed it. I'm not sure if my friends and I should complain, I mean if no one says anything then poorly written exams like this can just slip under the radar. It's beyond me how none of the other lecturers noted it..
