I've already started checking the results page like 3 times a day even though my first exam was only last Tuesday haha

Oh boy I hope I don't start doing this again. I'm genuinely going to try enjoy the first couple of weeks of holidays this time and not refresh daily (...hourly)..

When do results typically pop up?

From past semesters I've generally had all my results around 5 days before they're finalised, though it ranges between departments and subjects that you do. The earliest I've had a result released was the Monday after the exam period finished, though this was for a small cohort subject. I don't think I've heard many cases where results are released very close to the date when they're finalised(July 8 for this semester).

This semester I promised myself and a few close friends I wouldn't check before i had heard all of my scores are visible from friends taking those subjects, or final release date. Now I am promising ATAR Notes, too! So far so good. Two exams to go though, we'll see how I hold up after my last one next Thursday.

When do results typically pop up?

If it's the same as the previous few semesters you can also notice changes in your WAM before results are actually made 'visible' on your results page and reverse the calculation to see what score(s) were uploaded, plus figure out which subject was likely to have been uploaded but asking who else felt a change in their WAM.

... but I'm not going to play that game this semester.

Quickest I've had is an exam on a Monday/Tuesday and my wam changed the following Thursday/Friday for a subject with a few hundred kids (<450)
And longest I've had is like 3-4 weeks

Just taking a bit of an early peek at next semester's timetable. Are the weeks stated for the BIOM30001 practical and the NEUR30004 workshops reliable, or do the co-ordinators organise their own timetabling in those general timeslots during the semester? Given there's only one BIOM30001 practical and three NEUR30004 workshops, I want to put them in the same timeslot but not clash them by ensuring they are on different weeks. If the co-ordinators muck about with the timing though, I might opt to put one of these classes on a different day. Thanks.

You should be able to go to any NEUR30004 workshop. If it stays the same as last year, it'll just be an online exercise with a worksheet and discussion.

Last exam tomorrow yay. I feel that since I learnt the content this semester, I can justify writing a review on my subjects, slightly looking forward to that (QM2, Cost mgmt, OB, Corp law if anyone's interested). Almost doneeee.

Hey guys,

Does anyone know how class registration works for second semester?

Does the registration date open up sometime in the holidays? will we be emailed about it?

Thanks for the help :)
