what should i do with the latter half of the year

I just realised that I might finish uni in the middle of my "3rd year" . I was looking into doing honours ... but they dont accept mid year entries,and alot of the graduate programs for work dont start until the start of the next year. So my question is... what can I do education wise/professional work wise in that 2nd half of the year?.. alot of the postgraduate courses do not take mid year entry as well =( Im doing a comemrce degree btw.
