Quick question

I'm under the impression that students themselves have to go on the VTAC website and register. So therefore it is the student who completes the sign up process, not the school? I assume that the school hands us our vce student number if we don't have it already.

I know that sounds silly but I don't want anything to be stuffed up. I have my student number here so is it ok if I sign up now, or will there be some BS problem if careers have already done it for us, and then tell us to fill in preferences?

BTW do you guys know anything about the Bachelor of IT at La Trobe?

Hey MJ. The VTAC stuff your school is currently doing is the SNAP/SALT stuff because they need referrals from teachers, don't mind them. Just go and make your VTAC account as per usual and submit your preferences.

The student does everything, but if you want the careers lady can help you through a lot of it but it's fairly straight forward.
