i went to the VATE one at st.albans college, the lecturer was actually pretty good imo, his really enthusiastic about englang!

See the problem with Connect Education is that some students come not for educational purposes, but to check out Lex.

VATE were pretty good. I learnt that the lecturer that took written language hates Julia Gillard, hates Twilight, may have marital issues and swears very very openly.
