to feelow westerners above ^ how do u find the travel time? roughly wat time must you get up/ start to return home? But before you answer that, please tell me you have to take public transport!

Hi, I drive to uni, normally wake up at 9:30am, leave at 10am and takes ~ 1 hr on the monash freeway to get to uni. Leave uni at around 10:30pm and get home around 11pm again on the Monash freeway. Have never taken public transport to uni but I heard it takes pretty long :S
PhD @ MIT (Economics).

Interested in asset pricing, econometrics, and social choice theory.

It's changing service that's the worst. Now that I live close-by to a train station with frequent services, I don't mind commuting to UoM, there's no waiting time.

^i would suggest you use Metlink's journey planner.

And remember to go advanced options and change the walk speed to 6km/h and least time spent walking to 30 mins. Otherwise it assumes you're a fat lazy person. :P

I live in Arthurs Creek (read: so far north that Kinglake is close). If you know where that is, I will actually give you a cookie lol:



For the record though, I drive to uni cause there is no usable public transport here.

@spaciiey...you're doing BA/Bsc? :O i plan to do that too...can i ask how many hours do you do a week? is your timetable flexible? sadly i don't know where arthurs creek is but it sounds far :P
