I live in the western suburbs and now seriously debating whether i should go to monash....not really based on convenience...but it is a contributing factor :P

It would be awesome to have a look at a current student's timetable and to so how hectic/not so hectic their week is!

Thanks for your contribution!! :D

Note this is for an engineering/commerce degree in 1st yr, typically around 18-20hrs a week.

Wow, you only have to rock up for Wednesday? I'm guessing you skip on all the lectures since you only have tutorials listed?

A couple of my old ones:

Sem 1, 2010:

Sem 2, 2010:

I study three units per semester, instead of four.
Generally though, an Arts or Commerce student with a full time load has class 2 - 4 days a week, usually three.

BOSS AS.

A generic science degree typically will have 4 days of classes, if you're unlucky you'll have 5 days.

Even in your first semester? Impressive :P

That's somewhat like me this semester, but I was somewhat enthusiastic at the start of last sem.

SIGH...u guys are the best! :D considering engineering/science are approx 18hrs....arts/science wont be so bad? roughly how many hours do you reckon that would be per week? I'm hoping that you can be flexible with your timetable too... (aka, can you not do 8 oclock sessions? etc etc?)

There is essentially no chance of you going though first year engineering without having monday 8am starts, would be false hope if anyone tells you otherwise. I have 3 8am starts a week :P (not that I go)

Eng/Arts = 12-18 hours a week. The Engineering subjects really vary in hours =\

Just a quick question guys, how many hours a week do you think for a double of (aero)engineering and science?

EDIT: Just saw xZero's post, does anyone want to add anything?
