67.5% average on SACs but ranked 1?

Hello,

At the moment, I'm currently ranked 1 with a score of 108/160. As you can see, our SAC results are poor with each SAC having an average of about 40%. I'm currently averaging about 67.5% BUT am consistently ranked in the top 3 results with an overall average ranking of first. Rank 1 is 108, rank 2 and 3 is 103 and rank 4 is 101. My question is: are these percentages indicative of what shows up on our graded assessment report? (C+? or would it be an A+ because of my rank?) Also, are these INTERNAL grades the grades that contribute to our study score or is it the ranking behind our grades and the examination result that contributes to create our study score?

The reason behind the poor marks is merely a result of our teacher's correcting on SACs. Everyone knows their stuff and there are a few that I believe are capable of achieving a 40+ study score. Is it still possible for me to achieve a study score of 45+ despite my internal marks?

Also, would dropping down to a rank ~3 in SACs make a major difference in the study score I'd be able to achieve?

Thank you.

Cohort is out of about 40-50 students.

No they arent the grades you'll get for your sacs. The will be moderated according to how your school/cohort goes on the exams. So if a few of the top ranked students get A+s then you will most likely get A+ for sacs as vcaa see that you're school sacs were 'harder'.
Yeah youre still a very good chance of 45+. But make sure you maintain rank 1 and smash the exams.
