No, you need to send a certified copy of the orginial with the coversheet. There shouldn't be anything else unless you need other documents for other categories. Although, if FTB is the only centerlink payment you get (which in fact means that you PERSONALLY don't get any financial support) You will need to click NO to the "do you the applicant get any centerlink beneifts" question and thus fill out the box explaining why you personally don't get centerlink and also get a statement of support.
