Monash Physio UMAT reqs?

Just asking for a friend, does anyone know roughly what UMAT is needed for an interview at Monash Peninsula Physio? Is it ATAR + UMAT?

From what I've heard, UMAT could be as low as 60th percentile. Interview is based on UMAT only. ATAR is variable, but also from what ive heard you can get in with as low as high 80's.
