Around 40% (maybe a bit under or slightly higher) ......Is that considered a strong cohurt? weak? average?

Not quite sure why this warranted a question to be honest! Isn't it just a little obvious!? Exams are moderated so that less than 20% of the state gets an A/A+. So, it's definitely a STRONG COHORT!!

A weak cohort would be like mine - I got an A+, my mate got an A then the rest of the class....well, they got D/D+ if that.
