Doesnt seem fair, yeah. I was told if I maintain rank 1, my weak cohort wouldnt bring me down?
Also, what are peoples thoughts on what I could get with:
80/100 GA1
83/100 GA2
Studying hard and aiming for low A+ on exam - is 35 scaled still possible? I'm rank 3 out of 11, rank 1 is real strong and hope to beat him.
Its not your score that matters, its your rank. So if your cohort sucks, then you should be highly ranked - in which case the effects of a weak cohort aren't as big as you think they will be, especially if you get an A+/A on the exam.
Its mainly for people that have performed average/poorly in weak cohorts that suffer, and its fair enough really...
I mean you can imagine a top 10 student at a school like MHS or MacRob acing SACs in some of the more average schools, why should they get the same SAC marks as the number 1 student at a school like MHS/Mac Rob? Think about it guys, it makes sense
edit: last year i got about 175/200 for BM SACs at MHS, absolutely nowhere near the top, there were 3-4 guys that had dropped only 2-3 marks, so you get the idea haha
Anyway I only got an A on the exam, and ended up with 39 raw.
Yeah you can get x3 A+ and get 38, but thats if they are all really low A+, in fact that would mean he got the lowest A+ for every GA.
