My hat goes off to excalibur for coming up with one of the best april fool's jokes ever. It even fooled me for about 10 seconds before I reread the post and saw that it was April 01 (he posted this without my authorisation).

And then, seeing this potential lulz source for what it was I played along, we got the whole mod team involved, and anyone who figured it out was clued in and asked to play along

VN will always be 100% free for students, parents, teachers etc. which means there won't ever be a premium service. Despite the fact that premium membership would be a good business venture, the idea of VN is to take money out of education for the student (and those involved like parents and teachers). So yeah, pwned
