About Philosophy

When I see a youth thus engaged,—the study appears to me to be in character, and becoming a man of liberal education, and him who neglects philosophy I regard as an inferior man, who will never aspire to anything great or noble. But if I see him continuing the study in later life, and not leaving off, I should like to beat him - Callicle

I know it's not a good thing, but it's quite a relief to see quite a few others who also haven't done any yet lmao.
I think I'll only be able to write a total of 3 before the exams....

This is for literature, but I've done about 4 full essays for Keats and about 3 or 4 for Hamlet. Only about 2 were timed though.

But I've done loads of passage analyses (maybe ~15-20), so maybe those count too? :P

Planning to write 2 a day until the lit exam from now on, so will hopefully have done 10 each (20 total) by the exam.

40-ish. Completely agree with the unprepared thing though, I could have done none and still felt the same way. All the effort feels kind of futile now, every time I sit down to do an English exam, I'm blank.

I'm in the exact same boat. I have to force myself to sit down and then I can never seem to complete a whole exam at once. Just one part of the essay.

I can't even do an essay in one sitting. I'm just giving myself 10minutes/paragraph and doing 1 paragraph at a time x_x
