Possible to get 77.25+ ATAR with these SAC scores?

I have a friend who is worried about getting into a course that she wants to do (nursing) and I was wondering if you'd be able to predict her scores based off these average SAC marks?

Further - 72%
Literature - 75%
Revolutions - 82%
Health - 84%
Psych - 87%

Bio (did it last year) - 30
 
These are average SAC marks and she is obviously trying to get as high as possible on the exams (consistently achieving 80%ish on Further Practice Exams so far) so any rough indication would be great!

I'm working on getting rankings off her sometime today, my guess would be

not that high in further
lit - top 5
revolutions - top 10
health - top 10
psych - top 10

but these are just my own guesses..

Although SAC marks can be very subjective, she would need an average study score of around 34-35 over all her subjects, which is generally just a B+.

If she can replicate those SAC scores on the exams then she will definitely get above 77.
