EXAM MISTAKE?

In a LOTE exam, if there was an error that made you answer the question wrongly what can you do?

For those of you who take LOTE you guys probably know that we have to do a writing task in the exam yeah?
Well, there were 5 writing tasks I could do and unfortunately, for the topic I chose, the question in English was translated wrongly in the language I study. So, in the exam I just read the topic given in LOTE and wrote what it asked me to do... sigh

fuUUUUUUUUUUUUCK... how can VCAA make a mistake like this?
2010:
Mathematical Methods CAS 3/4 [41->45.8]

2011:
English Second Language 3/4 [46->47.1], Chemistry 3/4 [42->45.6], Specialist Maths 3/4 [38->49.2], LOTE [33->40.9], Biology 3/4 [41->42]

aggregate: 195.9
2011 ATAR: 99.25

2012-2015: Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours)

Always go with the topic in your actual LOTE, because the translations to English can be a bit dodgy, the original LOTE topic will be more precise.
I won the GAT: 49/50/50.

Email VCAA if you are worried, and ask them the procedure here?

Oh right. Did you answer the English translation or LOTE version?

LOTE version.. assuming that it was identical .. but i always thought that this would be a safe assumption!

Well, I'm pretty sure the LOTE one is the original then they translate to English, because usually the English ones are missing details, not vice-versa, so you probably went with the safe option :)
