Most of it is legible but I struggled reading a few words.

3. You have not found a way to circumvent their rules
Is good handwriting necessary for the circumvention of the rules though?

I guess it might help if you're going through writing, but it might be easier to convince people in person.

edit: I guess unless you use some old rule they've forgotten about, kind of like the guy in the paper - who used his school captain privilege to ride a horse at school.
