Thanks Cinnah for explaining all that. I will get my friend to call vcaa asap to make sure her diagram is scanned!

hahaha, don't quote me to vcaa on that, I'm not 100%
but diagrams? They wouldn't grade you on that anyway, to be honest...

Yes, I'd call to double check that they will get them.
Though, if there was any danger with losing something like that, they should have at least put warnings...

ESL had a different answer book to us, so check with your mate first.

If i had like one sentence on the blank part of the book and i clearly labeled that it was there would they take this into consideration. I figure it might ruin the flow of my essay if they can't read half a sentence : /

I do ESL too and yes the diagram is worth half of section C. It involves summarizing the main points of the 'tattoo' article so it's important that the examiners get my friend's diagram in which she drew on the blank page. :)

if they don't get it, it's not a matter of consideration. I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem, IF they get the pages.
