Also, if I get A+ in both the exams, and I have full marks in all my sacs, will that mean about a 49 for me? Even if I lose marks in the exams?

Nope, to get a 50, you're looking at losing basically 1 mark maximum if this year goes pretty poorly on the exams, considering an A+ in exam 1 last year was 36/40, Getting A+'s in both exams, won't guarantee a 49-50.
Last Year girl got 50 at our school losing one mark in second exam.

Which reinforces what I said, that you can only lose a maximum of 1 mark. From rebeckab's wording, asking that if she got an A+ (any score that gets her an A+), will she be guaranteed a 49-50, in which case I said no, due to the cut offs for A+'s potentially being around 36, resulting in a maximum of 4 lost marks in 1 exam alone.

What would double A+'s get you then? IIRC, double A+'s only guaranteed about a 40+ for Methods..Don't know how it differs to Further though.

hey guys,

if I got an overall SAC percentage of 94 and a 35/40 in exam 1, how much would I need in exam 2 to secure a 40 above scaled score?

A+ cut off is ~53/60. since u lost 5 marks on the first exam (~2 marks below an A+), you'll need at least a 55/60 to get above 40

I'm not sure how sac marks work because from what I've heard, your sac marks can increase If you perform well in your exam. But if someone gets 100% for both exams and is ranked 30/100 will it ruin his chances of getting a 50?
