HELP NEEDED!!

Okay so basically i've done minimal study  for this up and coming psychology exam. I didn't do to well on the mid year only got a C+... Can someone tell me the main things that i should study so i can get at least a result that i can frown at. 
Is it to late to do anything now??

That is the most important IMO.

If you want more then I'd go:

--> whole of stress
--> whole of phobia

forget your detailed study because it's worth 6marks max.
