I honestly think that if you were able to practically justify why you rejected p = 0, they should award the mark, either way, I'm leaning more towards the rejection being safer, purely because you've shown some practical awareness, that you cannot have a coin and have no chance of getting a heads, unless it has two tails sides, but that isn't really "practical" either.

Without the rejection, you SHOULD get 2 marks, because, as Luffy said, it was a two mark question, which means they can't really take away a mark for not restricting, although they might if they are mean.

But never in my life have I heard of a biased coin with a probability of 1 and 0, neither have a I heard of an analogous situation of dice or other "probability-ish" things

LOL - this is a bit out there, but if you have watched the batman movie "The Dark Knight," Harvey Dent (aka 'Two-Face') has a coin with two heads. In that case, it was biased to the extent to which the probability of a tail is 0. :P That honestly went through my mind when I decided not to reject p=0 haha.

So I hope I've taught everyone something today. Lesson: Batman helps with Maths methods.
I hope they don't penalise for leaving p=0 as a answer. The possibility of a coin with two tails was going through my head at the time and so I decided not to reject it as it fit the criteria in the previous parts.

As far as i know, you will get the method marks (if any are allocated) and you will lose the answer marks
