yeh i think that question got a lot of people ! well looking at the stats from last year i think the cut off for an A+ was 147-200 which is about 73.5 % for last year exam ... have a look at this link below!  http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vce/statistics/2010/section3/vce_health_human_develop_ga10.pdf
The range for each may vary slightly but hopefully they stay around the same :)

I honestly think the cut off will be somewhat lower than last year because very few people I've heard of were able to answer the question related to the Ottawa Charter. Not one single person in my school who did health actually knew how to answer it, because it wasn't in the text book and the teachers didn't give the information to the students.

I reckon that alone should bring the cut off a couple of points lower :)

It was worth six marks all up yeh ? i think it's a bit annoying !! yeh every single person i talked  had no idea... i just wrote dictionary meanings, even that i was unaware of :S i hope they lower the cut off !
We should definitly get some consideration if we wern't even taught it :)

The enable, mediate advocate thing was in the Cambridge textbooks only which I thought was pretty unfair for those using different textbooks.
Evens so, this was one of those things that people thought wouldn't be asked in the exam because it's not that important and wasn't a large topic in the book.
