In Q3b, I drew the graph with asymptote at y=0 but with correct shape and y-intercept co-ordinates, how many marks do I lose?

Probs get 1 mark shape and 1 mark correct points so 2 probably, 1 at worst

I got that.
But my answer for q1 was different to itute's, something like: (1/6)loge(|x+3|/|x-3|) - (1/2)loge|9-x^2|
Anyone get this?

In fact I got something slightly different:
something like: (1/6)loge(|x+3|/|3-x|) - (1/2)loge|9-x^2|

I think it is 3-x rather than x-3

yep i got something like that but i think the 3-x is on top of 3+x from memory but i knowthe coefficents outside the log were 1/6 and -1/2

They're the same thing, absolute value brackets.
I couldn't remember the exact answer anyway. You reckon 3/3 for that form?

If I turned the expression they gave us into something completely wrong, but antidiffed that wrong expression correctly, would I get 1 method mark for correct antidifferentiation of the wrong expression? (question 1, out of 3 marks)

It depends on whether or not you split your fraction into two parts. I split the fraction and also got 1/6.
