Study score

I am a bit concerned about my study score for lit as i was aiming for around 38 but screwed the exam

hoping for maybe a B on the exam now, and my sac marks are around 88/100 for unit 3 and about 96/100 for unit 4. i am part of a fairly strong cohort (of my class of 25, atleast 6+ should get 40+) and i was ranked 4th.
so my new aim is a 35 and in everyone elses opinion, can i achieve that with a B on the exam?

thanks!

A on the exam gets you at least 36, so I'll say a B would be aroun 32-34

Hi riceiscow,

I'm not an expert in this, but I would say you should be able to get a 35-38, maybe more! It really depends on how strong your cohort performs altogether and if you're ranked highly, you'll be pulled up with the rest of them remember? (Or so I think it goes.) Getting 184/200 is pretty good, bear in mind. The key thing to getting a good score is being ranked highly in a good cohort and having done reasonably well in your SACS; if you're ranked highly, they might scale up as well. If your whole cohort does well, that could go up again.

But I'd go with acrimony's word over mine :)

What texts did you do anyway? It's really subjective to assessor and how everyone performs.

Haha thanks. I would be grateful with anything over 35 really. i am now preparing hard for interpol to compensate.
i did Atonement and Two Brothers and i had a really bad day. the passages were fine but i just couldn't do anything. very disappointing. kind of wish my class wasn't basically forced to do Two Brothers, even though usually i was pretty good with it.
